Our Click & Collect service is a convenient way for you to pick up the order you’ve made online using our website (the Terms and Conditions of our website apply)
There is no minimum order value on any Click & Collect service.
Customers who order before 4pm are eligible for same-day collection.
Customers who order after 4pm can collect their order the next day. Customers may also choose a future date and time for collection.
Please inform us via the comments box if you have any allergies.
All payments are processed via our card payment gateway. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for collection, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.

The order will be handed over to you on collection on confirmation of your order number. It is your responsibility to check you have collected your complete order. The order is considered complete when you have collected it and is non-refundable.
Should there be any discrepancy that you were not aware of on collection, please contact us.
Risk, Ownership and Liability
Once we have delivered or you have received your order, the ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you.
It is your responsibility to read all the information on the product labels carefully.
We are not liable for any loss or damage you may incur (directly or indirectly) arising from any delay, failure or other problem relating to our delivery of the goods.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact us.
